This is the best selling product in our range. The Brown Rice is grown in the Riverina district of NSW and is naturally a gluten free grain.
Buckwheat Puffs
Buckwheat is technically not a grain and is definitely not related to wheat and is naturally a gluten free grain. There is currently a global shortage of buckwheat grain and our supply of grain is imported from China.
Millet Puffs
We source our millet from a grower in the Darling Downs. It is a naturally gluten free grain.
Multi Puffs
Multi Puffs is a mix of Brown Rice Puffs, Buckwheat Puffs and Sorghum Puffs. The variety of grain gives a different texture and taste. Sorghum comes from the Darling Downs and is a low water use crop.
Spelt Puffs
Spelt is also known as an ancient wheat and is favoured for its higher protein level. It does contain gluten and so is unsuitable for a coeliac diet. However, many consumers prefer Spelt to the traditional wheat products. Our spelt grain is sourced from the Gunnedah region of NSW.
Amaranth Puffs
Amaranth is traditionally grown in South America. It is a very small grain and has become very popular over the past few years. We are unaware of any amaranth that is commercially grown in Australia, and our grain is imported.
